1. Damaged or Faulty Items


If any of our products arrive damaged or are found to be faulty, we will:


  • Replace the items free of charge.

  • Cover all return shipping costs.


2. Compatibility Issues


If the purchased items are not compatible with your equipment, we will:


  • Replace the items free of charge.

  • Cover all return shipping costs.


3. Customer-Initiated Returns


If an item has been ordered, manufactured, and shipped, but the customer wishes to return it due to an error in placing the order or a change of mind, the following conditions apply:


  • A full refund is not possible due to costs incurred in materials, labour, and shipping.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the return is due to a fault on the part of Titanium Fingers Limited, such as miscommunication during the order process or an issue in the manufacturing stage.

  • A credit Note for 50% of the product's cost may be issued at our discretion.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in such cases.



4. General Conditions


  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.

  • Titanium Fingers Limited reserves the right to assess each return request on a case-by-case basis.
